Have you ever worked with professional athletes?

Yes! Before setting up our coaching business we had coached teams in the SSE Airtricity League in Ireland and in the Premier League in England. Since setting up our coaching business we have worked with several SSE Airtricity League coaches.

Do I need to be at a certain athletic level to train with ECC Coaching?

No! We work with any and all levels of fitness. There is running involved for certain drills but at a casual speed.

Do I need to bring any equipment?

We provide all training equipment such as bibs, cones and balls. All you need to bring is a pair of football boots and a change of clothes.
